BANQUET FACILITIES: Must seat a minimum of 300.
Location, Price and Menu must be included with this application.
DINING AVAILABILITY: NUMBER OF LOCAL EATING ESTABLISHMENTS.
HOUSING, (400 ROOMS), State Convention: Attach a listing of area hotel (s) and motels, including prices.
TRANSPORTATION: Available Transportation to and from all Convention events. Free for Delegates.
COMMUNICATION: Must have podiums and workable microphones, (1 main and three roving for the Legionnaires convention floor). 1 main and two roving for the Auxiliary convention floor. (State Convention Only). Other audiovisual equipment, as requested, must be requested by Department Headquarters NLT 60 days prior to either event. (Mid-Winter Conference), must have microphones & Podium available for Auxiliary, Legionnaires and Banquet.
FACILITY FOR THE PAST COMMANDERS/PRESIDENTS BANQUET: State Convention only. The Past Commanders, past presidents and past son's commanders will re-reimburse the post $10.00 per person. The post must pay the balance. (State Convention Only).
ENTERTAINMENT: Entertainment must be provided on the evening of the banquet and from 2-4pm on Saturday, at the post. (State Convention only)
Meetings rooms: A minimum of 6 rooms ranging from 4-15 people.
The Department Golf Tournament is organized by the Athletic Committee.
14. CASH Bar is required, with Club prices.
